Ordering
Orders may be placed through the website. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow one to three business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Merchandise cannot be held without payment. Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Sales Tax
All sales are subject to California’s sales tax (currently 9.00%). All taxes, including sales and use taxes, on out of state transactions are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Kaprielle ships out to Entire USA, Canada, Europe and UAE. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). See below for list of countries:

Returns & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the items, for sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
